The hotel has got its own beach, a restaurant, aperitif bar, milk restaurant, a terrace, disco, fitness room, and in the hotel campus there are also sport facilities: Tennis courts and a tennis school „Bellevue“, a reopened tennis accademy of this beautifu game, football pitches with an athletic track, pitches for small football, a basketball , volleyball and handball court.	Has 46 double rooms, 16 single rooms and 6 apartments. Each room has got an air-condition system, SAT TV and a fridge.	Has 109 double rooms, 21 single rooms and 4 apartments „Avala“ has 125 double rooms and 33 single rooms and 8 apartments, Each Apartment at Bellevue Hotel is equipped with: air-condition, SAT TV, a mini bar and two bathrooms. In each double room there is the possibility of adding extra bed.

	Nature was very generous to Ulcinj and gave to it around 20 km of sandy beaches, from which the most known are: Velika Plaža, Ada and Mala plaža. The biggest from them is Velika Plaža which is 12 km long and in average 60 m wide and it represents a real pearl of Ulcinj a a city and Montenegro as a state and destination. Ada another nature pearl of city of Ulcinj is one of the most popular nudist beaches in Adriatic seacoast divided from Velika plaža by the river Bojana ( Buna ) .
